Cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple or Google. We cannot cancel them for you. Please follow the steps below.

Manage on Apple Manage on Google

iOS

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions
  3. Select Ube in the list
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Android

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap profile > Payments & subscriptions
  3. Select Subscriptions then Ube
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription
